The Transition Program prepares the man to exit the Regeneration Program and re-enter his family and community with the tools he has acquired. During the Transition Program we teach money management, relapse prevention, family relationships, and how to find and keep employment. He will learn coping skills that will allow him to resist the compulsive behaviors that causes relapse. Pictured here is our TRANSITIONAL HOUSE. It is located in Tallahassee near transportation and vocational education schools.
